Never have I ever had a game where I felt goosebumps to every ending I got. The "personality tests" found inside the game also gave me some handy insights as well. Additionally, the music compliments the atmosphere that the game emits. Although the gameplay loop is repetitive, the other elements more than make up for it. After all, it is you who gets to interpret this for what it is ;). Easily one of my favorite mobile games to date. Highly recommend!

It's a really clever game! I love the premise and the characters. The use of real books and lines from them is really cool, especially seeing books you recognise! the personality tests were fun and I loved the story. This was a really fun game! though the design is a little grim and dark, if you like things like that it's a great game to play!!

This game is too good... No it's definitely from one of the best games that I have played so far. The story, the art style graphic is amazing. I Definitely need more games like this, as an introvert trying to find a good game is hard. And if you're wondering I got the desired *ALTER EGO* ending. I don't know why but it also reminds me of a game called undertale.

Truth be told, I just downloaded it since it seemed interesting, but damn I found gold instead. First off I'm gonna say that it's prediction is accurate to the point that it cuts deep. Second, the gameplay isn't tedious and easy to understand. Third, the story is just so intriguing that you can't help but want to find out more. Really looking forward to your next work.

Absolutely amazing. I have nothing to say. At first, it's a bit boring, but as they say, with enough patience, treasure lies ahead. Good story, easy to understand gameplay, compelling character, great character design, and all. I'm just not fond of the background music, but that's just me. It's just a shame it only took short before I finish the game, but I guess the shorter, the more impact the story have. Overall, highly recommended.

9/10 To be a tapping simulator, it's one of the best I ever played. Not only it has a story, but also a lot of references to books and their ideas. Makes me miss my philosophy classes days. We didn't search for answers, we just asked away and talked. The part where I needed to write down my worries is amazing as to how they were able to program an interpretation for all those sentences and words. Kinda sad that it doesn't keep a save file. As if you delete the game you'll lose your progress

This was not a game. This was an experience. I think objectively, it's not the best; it's a clicker. Clickers aren't mindblowing in their gameplay. But if I rate based on all that it made me feel, consider, and reflect upon, as well as the beautiful soundtrack, I cannot help but br enthralled. It is truly a masterful thing to get through. I would give it six stars if I could.

Wow. Yes, it's a clicker, which often times can reward you for not much. You can read snippets of books, see some quotes. And interact with a world guide, Es. But, each choice can effect the path. It starts off neutral, but it can change with how it perceives your thoughts. Like a lot of visual novels it has multiple ends, which I won't spoil. Peaceful soundtrack, dynamic world design, options to read what you acquire. Explore another's psyche as you explore yourself. Truly beautiful.

This is probably the only game I've bothered leaving a review for. It plays like a clicker game, but it provides you with introspection, and it also has a bit of a story along with it. Ads are completely optional (other than the occasional banners, but they were so unintrusive that I didn't even notice them half the time). You can CHOOSE to watch an ad if you want a bonus or a small boost. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. I would 100% recommend it.

Alter Ego is a game-changer (literally) when it comes to personality tests, clicker games and visual novels. It delivers a unique concept, accompanied with beautiful graphics and soundtracks. Furthermore, multiple endings allow you to replay the game for more; rather than being a bore, it becomes a new discovery as numerous unique dialogues are shown up in different endings.
